A Brief Welcome from Dr. Meagan Daley
Watch this short video to learn about my approach and how therapy may help.
If what you heard resonates with you, you are welcome to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see whether working together feels like a good fit.

You've been holding it together for a long time.
Maybe it's time to let someone help.

"When I have been listened to, and when I have been heard, I am able to re-perceive my world in a new way and to go on.
It is astonishing how elements that seem insoluble become soluble when someone listens."

WHO I HELP
You don't have to have hit rock bottom to ask for help.
Most of my clients are capable, self-aware people - professionals, partners, parents - who've been managing just fine on the outside. But inside, something isn't working anymore.
Maybe you can't sleep. Maybe anxiety is quietly running the show. Maybe your relationship has started to feel like a room with no doors. Maybe you're burnt out, or you've tried therapy before and it didn't quite land.
Whatever brought you here, I'm glad you're looking.
With over 25 years of experience, I offer evidence-based, personalized therapy for adults across Ontario who are ready to find clarity, tools and confidence to move forward differently.
And ... whether you're in Toronto, Ottawa, Hamilton, London, or anywhere across Ontario, sessions are fully virtual - no commute required.
HOW IT WORKS
Simple. Private. On your schedule.

STEP 1 — Book a Free Call
A no-pressure 15-minute conversation to see if we're a good fit.
No commitment required.

STEP 2 — We Build Your Plan
Using proven approaches (CBT, ACT, EFT, mindfulness), we work together toward real, lasting change.

STEP 3 — You Start to Feel the Shift
All sessions are virtual - accessible from anywhere in Ontario, on a device you already own.
Therapy is about understanding the self that you are. But part of getting to know yourself is to un-know yourself - to let go of the limiting stories about who you are so that you aren't trapped by them, so you can live your life, and not the story you've been telling yourself about your life.

Virtual sessions across Ontario | English & French
I'm Dr. Meagan Daley, a psychologist with over 25 years of clinical experience. I trained at Western University, the University of Toronto, and Laval University, and I'm registered with both the Ordre des psychologues du Québec and the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario.
I work with adults who are in tune with themselves and know something needs to change and are tired enough to finally do something about it.
My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in what actually works - primarily Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
I offer sessions in both English and French.

Perhaps we just need little reminders from time to time that we are already dignified, deserving, worthy. Sometimes we don't feel that way because of the wounds and the scars we carry from the past or because of the uncertainty of the future. It is doubtful that we came to feel undeserving on our own.... We were taught in a thousand ways when we were little, and we learned our lessons well.
