RESTORE
Reclaim · Empower · Soothe · Thrive · Open · Rebuild · Evolve
A compassionate, evidence-based program for people living with persistent pain, crippling insomnia and fatigue, nervous system sensitization, and fibromyalgia.
Because living with chronic pain is lonely, exhausting, and misunderstood.
Discover a structured, 9-week multimodal program designed to help you reclaim your sleep, calm your nervous system, and help you step out of the isolation of fibromyalgia and chronic pain.
Created by Dr. Meagan Daley, Ph.D. C.Psych, registered clinical psychologist (Ontario, Québec) with specialized training in insomnia treatment (CBT-I) and mindfulness-based interventions (ACT, MBSR)
offering 30+ years of clinical, academic and research experience
Grounded in the most current fibromyalgia and chronic pain research and leading international clinical guidelines (EULAR)

If you are living with fibromyalgia or chronic pain, you are likely exhausted-not just from the physical symptoms, but from the profound solitude that comes with them.
Chronic pain is often an invisible illness. Because friends, family, and even healthcare providers cannot see your pain, you may find yourself trying to explain an exhausting reality that others simply cannot comprehend, leaving you feeling profoundly unheard.
Over time, the energy required to justify your limitations can cause you to retreat into a lonely solitude, managing flares in silence.
You may also find yourself trapped in the boom-and-bust cycle: pushing through on a rare good day to feel "normal," only to spend the next several days paying for it in pain and fibro-fog.
Your experience is real, and it deserves more than being told to "just manage your stress." This is a complex, whole-system condition, and it calls for a whole-person approach.
Why a Structured Psychological Program,
and Why This One?
If this is not your first attempt at finding relief, you are not alone. Most people living with fibromyalgia or other chronic pain have tried some combination of medication, physiotherapy, and general counselling. Each addresses a piece of the picture. But fibromyalgia is a whole-system condition: medication does not teach nervous system regulation; physiotherapy does not touch the cognitive and emotional patterns driving your flares; general therapy rarely integrates the sleep-specific and somatic work that chronic pain actually requires.
RESTORE recognizes that chronic pain and fibromyalgia are rarely driven by a single factor. By addressing the interconnected influences of sleep, nervous system sensitization, stress, behaviour, emotions, and daily life, the program supports a more compassionate and comprehensive path toward recovery. It was developed by a registered psychologist with peer-reviewed research in sleep disorders, 30 years of clinical experience, and advanced training in every modality the program draws on.
This is not a new set of tips.
It is a structured intervention designed for the full complexity of your experience.
