Service Description

This wonderful weekly pause in your week offers an initiation into mindfulness practice and allows for connection with others seeking ways to ease their busy, troubled minds. Five sessions are offered and include the following meditations: Awareness of the breath, awareness of the body, open awareness (sound, sensations, etc.), gratitude, loving kindness. A minimum of 5 people is required to move ahead with the sessions.
